ROSE HILL FARM

Rosehill Farm is a small breeding operation attempting to produce classic racehorses by careful planning and attention to all phases of equine development from preconception to maturity. Breedings are planned around mares having outstanding dam lines who are by leading broodmares sires; then, stallions with prepotent sire lines and strong performance records are selected as a first step. As the foals develop, they are provided a scientifically formulated diet monitored and adjusted throughout the year. In addition, a regular progressive exercise program is utilized to bring out their existing genetic potential. Our two-year-olds are broken and tested here using various parameters of conformation, physiology, and competitiveness to select those that will be sent on to Florida for further race training. In the past two years this program has produced the stakes winner FMR Grand Jete and undefeated multiple stakes winner Sideways. FMR Grand Jete is currently standing at Trackside Farm.
